WILDOMAR: Dispute holds up housing project
Tardy soil testing reports delays resolution of lawsuit against developer of 275-home project.
“We feel it’s a non-issue,” Sunbelt’s development consultant, Larry Markham, said on Friday.
Sunbelt did release one report to the plaintiffs on testing for nitrates and methylene blue activated substances -- commonly referred to as MBAS -- that had been done on four Oak Creek lots in October 2013. MBAS is a catch-all term for phosphates, sulfates and other chemicals usually associated with various detergents.
