SAN BERNARDINO >> The man police have arrested in a nightclub shooting that led to three deaths and wounded four others pleaded not guilty to unrelated vehicle charges Friday, as he had not yet been charged in the shooting.
Vincent Malone, 30, appeared in a video arraignment for five vehicle offenses allegedly committed in June 2012.
Booking logs also show police arrested Malone on Wednesday night on suspicion of murder, but he has not yet been charged.
During the video arraignment, as he was held at Central Detention Center, Malone asked for and was denied release with no bail.
“I just got a job,” Malone said. “I was homeless for about a year and a half.”
