The victim and 22-year-old Esteban Abarca were getting fuel when Garcia exchanged words with two men parked at a nearby gas pump, police have said.googleoff: allgoogleon: all
As Abarca and Garcia drove away, one of the men in the other car shot at them, hitting their vehicle and Garcia.googleoff: allgoogleon: all
Garcia was taken to his home and then to a fire station before being transferred to the hospital.googleoff: allgoogleon: all
"Investigators were able to obtain a license plate of the suspect vehicle, a gray Nissan Maxima, which ultimately led to the identification of ... Jones," police said Monday in a written statement. "Jones was identified as the driver."googleoff: allgoogleon: all
