Surveillance video captured a woman being shot in the arm in a San Bernardino doughnut shop early Saturday morning, police said.
The shooting occurred at Master’s Donuts in the 300 block of East Baseline Street (map) around 2:22 a.m., San Bernardino Police Department Lt. David Green said.
During the incident, a woman was shot in the arm, Green said. Her injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
Witnesses said they heard as many as 10 gunshots.
“I’m very scared. I don’t know what to do, I just got on the floor,” said a clerk at the doughnut shop who did not want to be identified.
The shop’s owner said it was the third shooting in two years near the store.
Surveillance video showed at least six people were in the store when the shooting occurred, and most dropped to the floor.
The injured woman was using an ATM around the time a bullet flew through the window, hitting her in the arm. She immediately fell to the floor and appeared to begin calling someone as another store patron came to her aid.
The shooting was not related to a robbery, and investigators were searching for the shooter or shooters, police said.
