More than 3,000 tax-defaulted properties in San Bernardino County are going on the auction block beginning Saturday during an online auction by the Tax Collector’s Office.
The auction will include single-family homes, timeshares, commercial buildings and vacant parcels, and will have staggered closing times from May 11 through May 15.
Some of the starting bids will be as low as $850. Properties are sold as is, and bidders are encouraged to do their due diligence before bidding.
The properties can be viewed online at www.mytaxcollector.com. The website also includes maps, property tax information and other due diligence materials.
