Riverside Police had been investigating two separate incidents reference a man making inappropriate comments to children and one incident of exposing himself to elementary school students at Mark Twain Elementary. Several students were able to get a vehicle description and license plate. The suspect drove an older model dark Chevy van. On Monday, Logan Nighswonger, 25, resident of Riverside, was arrested and booked into Robert Presley Detention Center. The investigation led investigating officers to believe these types of incidents might have occurred at other local schools and elementary schools in the city of Corona. Riverside Police is seeking the public’s help in identifying any other possible victims.
