A 73-year-old Alzheimer's patient disappeared during his morning walk in west San Bernardino, city police say.googleoff: all

Luciano Ramirez Carillo was last seen at 7:15 a.m. Monday, June 29, while leaving his rented room in the 2500 block of West St. Elmo Drive, about� three-quarters of a mile northwest of Foothill Boulevard and Lytle Creek Wash.googleoff: all

Police are asking for the public's help in finding Carillo because of his age and physical limitations. He walks with a cane and is a heavy drinker who suffers from liver ailments and high blood pressure, Detective Daniel Han said in a written statement.googleoff: all

"He was recently hospitalized for liver issues," according to the statement. "Carillo has a history of wandering off, but has no family in the immediate area."googleoff: all

Carillo is 5-feet-2, 150 pounds, and was wearing a striped blue shirt and black shorts.googleoff: all
