Arrested at 9:31 p.m. along the 57800 block of Buena Vista Drive was 47-year-old Noe Marroquin, who was booked for investigation of negligently discharging a firearm, jail records show. He was released on bail at 6:26 a.m. Sunday.googleoff: all
"Marroquin had been drinking and had fired off about 30 rounds from his rifle, shotgun and pistol in the backyard with no regard for his neighbors within 100 yards of his residence," sheriff's officials said in a written statement.
