“The Village in Apple Valley” is Bringing Back beloved Parade to Apple Valley on October 17, 2015

(Apple Valley)– It’s been eight years that the parade has been missing. But now that beloved piece of Apple Valley History is returning. Sign-ups are officially open. We are looking for you to come and join us in the fun. Applications are now being accepted for participation in the 2015 Happy Trails Parade. Clubs, schools, churches, businesses, individuals, marching bands, car clubs, equestrian groups/individuals, and more are invited to show their community spirit! There is no fee for participation. The route, just over one mile long, begins at the corner of Central Road and Outer Highway 18.

No charge for participant’s. Applications can be downloaded/printed from applevalleyvillage.com and applevalley.org or available for pick up at The Town of Apple Valley in the Development Services Building (Building on left hand side). Hurry and get those applications in; signups to participate close on October 5th.

WHAT: Apple Valley Village “Happy Trails Parade

”WHEN: Saturday, October 17, 2015 10:00AM (Registration for participates/floats opens at 8:00AM)

WHERE: “Apple Valley Village” The route, just over one mile long, begins at the corner of Central Road and Outer Highway 18. The parade will travel west to Pawnee Road, left onto Pawnee, and disperse at Powhatan Road. Seating along parade route on south side of Outer Hwy 18 in Apple ValleyVISUALS: Large crowds, speakers, cars, horses, floats, dogs…etc.GRAND MARSHALL: Cliff Earp – Local Personality, Business Owner & Fire Board Member
