DEVORE >> Nearly 200 electronic dance attendees were arrested on the first two days of the 20th anniversary of Nocturnal Wonderland, which continues through tonight at the San Manuel Amphitheater.
San Bernardino County sheriff’s Capt. Stephen Dorsey said 76 people were arrested Friday and 123 were arrested Saturday. No deaths have been reported.
The majority of the arrests, said Dorsey, “are for people who are trying to sneak in. You’re not welcome here unless you’re paying, and those people who are sneaking in are not being searched.”

Dorsey said that while the majority of the arrests have been for trespassing, there have been arrests for possession of drugs or trying to sell drugs. But as of Sunday afternoon, Dorsey couldn’t provide a breakdown.
The three-day event features 125 electronic artists. About 31,000 people attended Saturday night but Friday’s crowd was smaller, Dorsey said.
As of Sunday morning, the San Bernardino County Fire Department hadn’t responded to any major incidents, department spokeswoman Tracey Martinez said.
