INLAND EMPIRE –In its final outlook for 2015, Manpower, Inc. predicts an ‘active’ job market for Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Among the employers surveyed, 22 percent plan to hire more employees for the 4th Quarter. Only 6 percent plan cutbacks while 70 percent expect to maintain current staff levels. The net employment outlook is slightly below the 3rd Quarter. “Last year at this time, employers expected similar hiring activity,” Manpower spokesperson Tina Sewell said.
