CHP officers arrest Reo Moore, 52, of San Bernardino, following a chase on mountain roads. Moore was booked into West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of driving under the influence
LAKE ARROWHEAD >> A San Bernardino man was arrested Wednesday after he led California Highway Patrol officers on a chase from Lake Arrowhead to Highland.
Shortly after noon, Reo D. Moore III, 52, blew past Caltrans flagging personnel during a paving operation on Highway 18 at Kuffel Canyon Road, CHP spokesman Juan Quintero said.
A CHP unit assigned to protecting the road workers attempted to pull Moore over, but he failed to yield to officers, according to a CHP news release.
Moore allegedly sideswiped two cars injuring at least one driver, Quintero said.
