APPLE VALLEY Aerobatic pilot Mike Mangold, who flew for Red Bull, has tentatively been identified as one of two people killed Sunday in the fiery crash of their small training jet. The L-29 Czechoslovakian aircraft was attempting a take-off when it crashed at the Apple Valley Airport. There were no survivors. Mangold, who held a commercial pilot's license, appeared at many air shows around the country. The National Transportation Safety Board will determine a finding of probable cause.
