YUCAIPA >> A Yucaipa man arrested on suspicion of child molestation crimes will appear in court Monday, officials said.
On Jan. 20, deputies began investigating Lucas Drake, 36, an English teacher at Colton High School, according to a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s news release.
During the investigation, deputies allege that Drake contacted a 15-year-old online and later met with him in San Diego County.
Investigators believe Drake later drove the teen to his home in Yucaipa, where he allegedly engaged in sex acts with him, sheriff’s officials said.
