Fontana Police Department hopes the public can help it catch whoever set a fire Sunday night at a pallet business.
Security camera footage reveals that a white or light-colored pickup truck stopped in front of G O Pallets, at 15598 Boyle Ave., at 11:43 p.m. Sunday, according to a police news release.
In the footage, an unidentified person is seen stepping out of the driver’s side of the truck and moving out of sight. Soon after, light flashes “and a flaming object lands on a stack of pallets, starting a fire,” the news release states.
Police ask anyone who can help them identify any suspects to call 909-350-7723 or the anonymous WeTip hotline at 800-782-7463. Anyone who provides information to WeTip which leads to an arrest and conviction might be eligible for a reward of up to $33,300, the news release states.
